FAQ
What people ask before getting started.
What is Qualify?
Qualify is an AI marketing platform for small and medium-sized businesses. It creates content in your brand’s identity, publishes it to Instagram, brings comments and messages into one inbox with suggested replies, and captures your customers’ details. It is built by Attitude Factory in Cúcuta, Colombia.
How much does Qualify cost?
One plan with every feature: $69.99 USD per month, per business. In Colombia the price is 210,000 Colombian pesos (COP) per month.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Open the demo at app.qualify.la to see the tool from the inside, and we can walk you through it with your own brand on WhatsApp.
Do I need design or marketing skills?
No. Qualify builds your brand kit and proposes your content; you decide what gets published. If you like designing, open any piece in Canva and adjust it.
Does the AI post or reply on its own?
No. The AI drafts and suggests; a person on your team approves every post and every reply before it goes out. That’s by design: your brand only speaks when you decide it should.
What happens to my data and my customers’ data?
It’s yours. Each business lives in an isolated workspace with its own login, and capture forms ask for each customer’s consent under data-protection law.
How do I sign up?
Message us on WhatsApp at +57 323 635 2060 or email contacto@attitudefactory.co. We’ll explain the payment options and help you connect your brand.
Does it work for agencies or several brands?
Yes. Each business is a separate workspace with its own login and its own data. Pricing is per business; message us if you manage several brands.

Which social networks does it support?
Instagram today: posts and stories, published from Qualify with your account connected through Meta’s official login. The inbox gathers that account’s comments and direct messages.
